Payment due
Payment is due in full on or before the day of the program.
How to pay online
You can pay online anytime before your program. Just click the link on the invoice that was emailed to you.
Otherwise, the performer will process your credit card the day of the program.
How to pay by check
DO NOT GIVE THE CHECK TO THE PERFORMER. Checks must be mailed directly to our billing office.
Make the check payable to Talewise. Include your Invoice Number on the memo line. Mail to:

You may mail the check anytime before your program, or immediately after the program is complete.
Sorry, we can no longer accept checks from preschools. All preschools must pay by credit card.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel your program, we can happily reschedule for another date/time that’s available.
If you’d prefer, we can also issue a refund via your original payment method.

Out of respect for our performers, we request at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
